Marketing Assistant

AUMUND Group is a leading global company in the field of bulk material handling and processing. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Marketing Teams in Rheinberg & Venlo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the global marketing activities of the AUMUND Group, including the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Organize and coordinate various marketing projects, including print media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage external service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality services and products.
• Procure and manage promotional items, including merchandise and marketing materials.
• Assist with social media activities, including content creation and community engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of online marketing measures and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but career changers are also welcome.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player with a structured and independent work approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Venlo location.
