Key Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW: In your capacity as a Senior S4/HANA Developer within HCM, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing advanced technical solutions
  • Enhancing and maintaining existing products
  • Customizing and extending SAP standard functionalities
  • Developing comprehensive concepts and documentation
  • Implementing and tailoring SAP solutions to meet client needs
  • Occasional travel for project-related tasks
  • Managing daily operations, ticketing systems, data security, and transitioning authorizations from SAP ERP to S4/HANA
Qualifications

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level is essential. English language skills are not a requirement for this role.

  • Familiarity with SAP ERP
  • Knowledge of SAP Products
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming
Compensation and Benefits

SALARY STRUCTURE: We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and readiness to engage with clients:

  • Junior Level: €45,000 - €60,000
  • Senior Level: €60,000 - €85,000 (potentially up to €100,000 with leadership experience)

Additionally, a performance-based variable income of €5,000 to €8,000 will be available after a probation period. Our benefits package includes 30 vacation days, a net subsidy for childcare, options for direct insurance, and an employee participation model.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS: We provide a permanent full-time position with flexible hours, core working hours from 10:00 to 16:00, and the possibility of part-time arrangements. Employees near our office can work from home two days a week, while those further away can work remotely with biannual in-person meetings.

Interview Process

Our selection process consists of two stages:

  • An initial interview via Teams
  • A second in-person interview, including a day in the office to experience our work culture
