Job Title: Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team at PHOENIX Pharma SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and implement communication campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic, consistent, and effective communications on key issues and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain our digital communication channels, including our website, social media platforms, and employee app.
  • Manage a network of communicators in different countries, fostering collaboration and best-practice exchange amongst them.
  • Identify, contract, and manage agencies engaged to support communications activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in in-house communications at a large, internationally operating company or the consultancy sector.
  • Strong and broad experience in both internal and external communications, ideally in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Proven track record of working successfully with C-level executives and subject matter experts.
  • Exceptionally strong written communication skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in content creation for digital channels and social media.
  • Native or near-native German speaker and fluent in English.
