Our Mission

We are committed to providing comprehensive financial services to our clients, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a German-speaking Account Manager. This role is based in our Frankfurt office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Development and Management: You will be responsible for developing and managing your own customer base, focusing on acquiring new customers and actively working with existing ones.
  • New Customer Acquisition: You will proactively approach potential new customers, guiding them through the account opening process.
  • Reactivating Inactive Customers: You will work on reactivating inactive customers by offering attractive incentives to encourage them to trade again.
  • Customer Support: You will provide support to our existing customers with technical, informative, and formal inquiries, as well as planning their future investments.
  • Communication: You will utilize various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone, to address customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: You hold a degree in Economics or Finance or a related field, with relevant work experience. You possess excellent language skills and communication abilities.
  • Sales Experience: You have a strong affinity for sales or relevant sales experience, with a structured and self-organized work approach, even in intense phases.
  • Customer Experience: You have experience and enjoy communicating with customers.
  • Interest in Financial Markets: You have a basic interest in personal finance, financial, and capital markets, as well as stock exchanges.
  • Learning Ability: You are willing to quickly and thoroughly learn new topics.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in German as your native language or at C2 level, with good English skills in both speech and writing; additional languages are an asset.
