About the Role: The Medical Products Division is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to support our Vascular Team for the Central European Market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this position, you will be tasked with crafting and implementing the product, marketing, education, and customer engagement strategies for our Vascular Product Portfolio (Aortic / Peripheral) to ensure optimal product life cycle management and revenue enhancement in collaboration with key functions within our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. This role offers the flexibility of remote work from various locations within Germany. Responsibilities:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify regional commercial opportunities and product pipelines.
  • Tailor and execute global and regional marketing initiatives by developing a localized marketing and educational strategy, including local customer engagements (e.g., Congresses & Events) and tactical plans.
  • Cultivate relationships and establish advocacy with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at the regional level.
  • Oversee local marketing investments and develop metrics to evaluate ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist in contracting and tenders in collaboration with the Provider Sales & Marketing team, ensuring adherence to regional pricing guidelines.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge of our Aortic / Peripheral Product Portfolio and provide product and clinical training to customers, business partners, and associates.
  • Support local product lifecycle management efforts.
  • Drive product go-to-market strategies and launch execution in alignment with regional launch plans, considering local regulatory requirements and pricing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with a proven track record of at least 3 years in a Product Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of the implantable medical device market is essential; knowledge of the vascular market is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively network with clinical customers, particularly key opinion leaders.
  • Proven skills in prioritization, planning, and cross-functional influence and integration.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting scientific and clinical publications and data.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel overnight (up to 50%).
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Sales experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the Vascular market and products.
  • Established relationships with KOLs.
