Senior Marketing Strategist

- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify regional commercial opportunities and product pipelines.
- Tailor and execute global and regional marketing initiatives by developing a localized marketing and educational strategy, including the orchestration of local customer engagements (e.g., Congresses & Events) and tactical plans.
- Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at the regional level.
- Oversee local marketing investments while establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to evaluate ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Provider Sales & Marketing team on contracting and tenders, ensuring alignment with regional pricing guidelines.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge of our Aortic / Peripheral Product Portfolio and deliver product and clinical training to customers, business partners, and Gore Associates.
- Assist in local product lifecycle management.
- Spearhead product go-to-market strategies and launch execution in accordance with regional launch strategies, considering local regulatory requirements and pricing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, along with a proven track record of at least 3 years in a Product Manager role.
- Strong understanding of the implantable medical device market is essential; knowledge of the vascular market is preferred.
- Ability to effectively network with clinical customers, particularly key opinion leaders.
- Proven capability to prioritize, plan, and influence across functions.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting scientific and clinical publications and data.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Willingness to travel overnight (up to 50%).
- High ethical standards and adherence to compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Vascular market and products.
- Established KOL relationships.
Remote Working Arrangements: Remote work is permitted for Associates, subject to prior approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies.
