Your Role
If you have a passion for managing diverse projects and enjoy organizing events, webcasts, and marketing initiatives, this position may be ideal for you. We are looking for someone who is efficient, goal-driven, and eager to contribute innovative ideas to our Field Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, managing smaller project tasks.
- Support the organization of webcasts.
- Promote our sponsored events and organized webcasts through various communication channels.
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns in the MEE region.
- Coordinate social media activities.
- Engage with SAP Signavio's clients and partners, including scheduling appointments.
- Help produce promotional materials.
- Conduct regular monitoring meetings with sales teams and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Identify lead generation opportunities and collaborate with marketing agencies for ABM campaigns.
- Organize comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
As an intern, you will work 40 hours per week, while working students will have a commitment of 20 hours per week.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on project management.
- Open-minded and capable of collaborating with an international team.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in customer, partner, or supplier interactions.
- Previous exposure to the B2B sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Open to candidates based in Germany.

You will be part of an international Field Marketing Team reporting to the VP of Global Field Marketing at SAP Signavio. Our team is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across our regions.
