Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the global sales team to identify and target potential clients for our innovative products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends, and help develop sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Support the sales team in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, as well as helping to negotiate and close new business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our new products.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the sales team and management, and take the lead on smaller projects such as sales campaigns, lead generation, and events.
- Education: studies in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management, or comparable fields.
- Experience and Knowledge: proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), CRM experience (MS Power BI), and previous experience in sales, business development, or engineering with a solid understanding of technical concepts and principles combined with strong project management and business skills.
- Personality and Working Practice: self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Work Routine: based in Ulm, Germany, with some remote working possible.
- Enthusiasm: strong interest in business development, sales, and entrepreneurship.
- Languages: fluent in English, German, or other languages an advantage.
This is a part-time position, requiring 10 hours of work per week. The position is open to students enrolled at a university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, and if indicated, a valid work and residence permit.
