Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Baucontrolling Clerk (m/f/d) to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough verification of invoices and quantities for various trades involved in construction projects.
  • Forecasting costs and preparing monthly financial reports regarding construction projects, along with proposing measures for cost efficiency to management.
  • Reviewing construction and investment plans based on area and construction cost metrics, as well as compliance with building standards.
  • Collaborating with management to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Managing commercial contract elements including acceptance, warranty claims, payments, guarantees, and construction insurance.
  • Overseeing commercial processes from contract award through to project completion.
  • Staying informed about updates and changes in construction-related laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Performing general administrative duties as required.
