We're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Project Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our commercial organization, you'll play a critical role in growing our business within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial and technical support to the team in the proposal phase, including sizing, design, costing, and document preparation.
  • Develop projections and system designs for OEMs.
  • Clarify commercial and technical aspects of purchase orders and provide after-sales support.
  • Support on-site technicians in the execution phase as needed.
  • Liaise with customers and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Manage lead distribution and direct quotations for baseline customers and spare parts.
  • Support the preparation of complex proposals for large projects.
  • Provide product guidance and selection support.
  • Elaborate and submit quotations, contracts, and documents for tenders.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and customer-specific SAP/Salesforce evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and German, with other languages highly welcome.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in technical or commercial functions, such as sales, technical sales, technical service, or project management in water treatment.
  • Profound commercial and technical experience with UF/MBR and RO technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other tools like Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP.
