About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Team Assistant to join our dedicated team in Munich. As a working student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our admissions process and ensuring the smooth operation of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews with applicants and coordinate logistics
  • Verify international university degrees and prepare study contracts
  • Manage application materials and maintain accurate records
  • Enter and maintain data records in our CRM tool

Requirements

  • Enrolled student with a strong academic record
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
