Key Responsibilities- Preparation of meals for both à la carte and event services, including all necessary pre-cooking tasks
- Work alongside the head chef to design and implement a menu that highlights regional cuisine
- Engage in the innovative and methodical creation of new culinary offerings
- Deliver professional and courteous service to guests
- Manage the receipt of goods, ensuring quality and quantity checks, while adhering to QMS and HACCP standards
- Plan, oversee, and enhance kitchen operations
- Guide and mentor kitchen assistants and trainees
- Certified culinary professional with experience in à la carte dining
- Inventive approach to menu design and recipe development
- Strong preference for seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Understanding of food cost management and financial reconciliation
- Experience in organizing and executing events is a plus
- Collaborative team player with a friendly attitude
- Maintains a polished appearance and upholds high standards of hygiene
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
