Position: Culinary Expert

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of meals for both à la carte and event services, including mise en place tasks.
  • Work closely with the head chef to design and implement a menu that highlights regional specialties.
  • Engage in the innovative and methodical creation of new culinary offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional and courteous service to guests.
  • Manage the receipt of goods, ensuring quality and quantity checks, while adhering to QMS and HACCP standards.
  • Plan, oversee, and enhance kitchen operations for efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor kitchen assistants and trainees.
Required Qualifications
  • Certified culinary professional with experience in à la carte dining.
  • Inventive approach to menu development and recipe creation.
  • Strong preference for seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Understanding of food cost management and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience in organizing and executing events is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with a friendly attitude.
  • Maintains a polished appearance and upholds high standards of hygiene.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and assertiveness.
  • Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
