En tant que pionniers de la "Nouvelle Ère de l'Optique Adaptative", nous transformons les secteurs avec notre technologie révolutionnaire de Plaques de Phase Déformables (DPP). Cette innovation promet de révolutionner les diagnostics médicaux, la microscopie et bien plus encore. Nous recherchons actuellement un Ingénieur Commercial dynamique et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste jouera un rôle crucial dans la commercialisation de nos produits et la croissance de Phaseform.

Tâches
  • Collaborer avec notre réseau international de distributeurs, en fournissant des formations et en agissant en tant que contact principal.
  • Voyager à l'international pour intégrer notre technologie dans les systèmes optiques de nos clients.
  • Participer à des ateliers, conférences et événements sectoriels pour présenter nos produits et renforcer notre présence sur le marché.
  • Collecter et communiquer les retours du terrain pour influencer le développement et les améliorations des produits.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de R&D produit pour aligner les stratégies de vente avec la feuille de route produit et les besoins des clients.
  • Engager la communauté de recherche, les universités et les PME pour établir des collaborations et des partenariats dans les domaines de la microscopie et de l'ophtalmologie.
Exigences
  • Expérience en vente technique ou dans un domaine connexe ; une expérience antérieure dans des environnements high-tech ou startup est un atout.
  • Formation en Optique, Physique, Ingénierie, Microscopie, Ophtalmologie ou un domaine connexe souhaitée.
  • Volonté de construire un réseau dans les domaines de la microscopie, de l'ophtalmologie ou des domaines connexes.
  • Capacité d'adaptation pour intégrer notre dispositif dans des configurations optiques existantes.
  • Attitude axée sur la résolution de problèmes et excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Expérience pratique avec l'engagement client, les démonstrations de produits et le dépannage souhaitée.
  • Volonté et capacité de voyager à l'international (Asie, Amérique du Nord et Europe). Le volume de voyages peut atteindre 50 % du temps.
  • Capacité à apprendre et à traduire des concepts techniques complexes en messages accessibles et convaincants.

Phaseform, une spin-off de l'Université de Fribourg, développe une nouvelle classe révolutionnaire de dispositifs optiques appelés Plaques de Phase Déformables (DPP).
