Position Overview

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless office operations at the designated location, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and providing excellent phone support.
  • Oversee the distribution of physical and digital correspondence, manage IT equipment, and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist local management with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, problem resolution, and handling confidential information.
  • Work collaboratively with Office Management and Executive Assistants across all MediaShop locations.
  • Coordinate responsibilities in areas such as Facility Management, occupational safety, and health compliance.

Your Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training, ideally in Office Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity; returners are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to embrace new ideas and maintain a broad perspective.
