Position OverviewYour Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and providing exceptional phone support.
- Oversee the distribution of both physical and digital correspondence, manage IT resources, and maintain office supplies.
- Assist local management with a variety of tasks, including scheduling, problem resolution, and handling sensitive information.
- Work collaboratively with Office Management and Executive Assistants across all MediaShop locations.
- Coordinate responsibilities in areas such as Facility Management, workplace safety, and health protection.
