Position Overview

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate seamless office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and providing exceptional phone support.
  • Oversee the distribution of both physical and digital correspondence, manage IT resources, and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist local management with a variety of tasks, including scheduling, problem resolution, and handling sensitive information.
  • Work collaboratively with Office Management and Executive Assistants across all MediaShop locations.
  • Coordinate responsibilities in areas such as Facility Management, workplace safety, and health protection.

Your Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training, ideally in Office Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable position; returners are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to embrace new ideas and perspectives.
