Key Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of business processes related to production planning, financial services, and logistics, along with managerial experience in IT services.
- Proficient in operational processes within production planning and supply chain management.
- Strong expertise in various SAP applications (e.g., SAP PP, MM, SD, FI, LE, IBP, S&OP) and their interdependencies in a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation scenarios, including S/4HANA transformation and optimization initiatives.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Accountable for ERP systems, database management, and system administration, with experience in both on-premises and cloud computing environments.
- Leadership in designing, building, and maintaining comprehensive networks and cloud provider integrations.
- Inspire and manage dynamic teams both on-site and remotely.
- Encourage the organization to embrace change and adjust priorities to meet evolving demands.
- Develop, mentor, and coach experienced team members and managers, providing them with developmental opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of IT-related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of IT-related experience without a Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
