Pixtunes is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup that aims to revolutionize the media experience. Our mission is to deliver personalized soundtracks that mirror the unique experiences of individuals, blending groundbreaking music and immersive storytelling.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence / C-Level Assistant to collaborate with our founders in driving product discovery, generating initial proof-of-concepts, and launching our first product to market. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in disrupting a multi-billion dollar market and potentially grow into a key position within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the founders to execute strategic and operational tasks, driving business growth and development.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to strategy, business development, marketing, sales, and finance, leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Identify growth levers, develop actionable plans, and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the team to unlock new opportunities, improve business processes, and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with outstanding academic records.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, venture development, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a startup, incubator, or consultancy.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work independently, think critically, and deliver results under pressure.
  • English fluency is required, with German being a significant advantage.
