Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner - Salesforce Cloud to join our team at BYK-Gardner GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the further development of the Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud for BYK Instruments.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the product backlog, formulate user stories, and set priorities and goals in close coordination with process owners in specialist departments.
- Have budget responsibility and understand the concerns of our customers and internal stakeholders, specifying new requirements in close dialogue.
- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with the development team, IT, and Salesforce teams at our corporate headquarters.
- Be responsible for test management and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Have several years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a similar industry.
- Have experience with the Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud and have successfully completed the corresponding Salesforce certification.
- Be proficient in agile methods and have an agile mindset, with a strong understanding of processes and systems.
- Have excellent communication skills, a strong solution-orientation, and be a cooperative team player.
- Be fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
