Business Requirements Analyst (w/m/d) gesucht - Für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes Unternehmen, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Business Requirements Analyst (w/m/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Mainframe-Bereich, insbesondere in der privaten Altersvorsorge mit Schwerpunkt auf Riester-Produkten.

Der Einstieg erfolgt im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, wobei Sie einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag von Robert Half erhalten. Ihre Aufgaben als Business Requirements Analyst (w/m/d)

  • Analyse, Erfassung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsanforderungen für Mainframe-Systeme
  • Entwicklung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Spezifikationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und IT-Teams
  • Übersetzung von Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen für Entwicklerteams
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Validierung von Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung behördlicher Kommunikationsverfahren
  • Unterstützung und Leitung von Projekten zur Migration von Lebensversicherungsbeständen
  • Sicherstellung der Integration und Nutzung gängiger Zulageverwaltungssysteme wie AZUR oder msg.ZV

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Business Requirements Analyst im Mainframe-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der privaten Altersvorsorge, insbesondere Riester-Produkte
  • Erfahrung mit behördlichen Kommunikationsverfahren
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Zulageverwaltungssystemen wie AZUR oder msg.ZV
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Migration von Lebensversicherungsbeständen sind wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
