Key Responsibilities- Preparation of Technical Proposals: Develop foundational technical and commercial proposals, including design, calculations, and quotations for departmental use.
- Cost Estimation: Assist in the internal preparation of cost proposals using tools such as Treatment Select.
- Tender Support: Aid in the preparation of tenders and procurement documents.
- Project Follow-Up: Collaborate with sales companies for project follow-up and support.
- Commercial Team Coordination: Participate in regular meetings with commercial teams to ensure alignment.
- Sales Forecasting: Gather and provide regular input for sales and order forecasts.
- Order Handover: Support the transition of orders to relevant internal departments, including commercial order processing and execution.
- Onboarding Training: Conduct and finalize onboarding training sessions.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
- Event Participation: Actively engage in and conduct exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Technical Environmental Protection, or a related field.
- Proficiency in standard PC software (minimum Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent command of both German and English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid Class B driver's license.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Good analytical abilities.
