About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at POLYGON Deutschland GmbH. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
