Job Title: Environmental Management Specialist at STRABAG AG
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Management Specialist to join our team at STRABAG AG. As a key member of our environmental management team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing soil materials and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Soil Material Optimization: Collaborate with construction management to optimize soil materials, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Procurement and Disposal: Procure and dispose of soil materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Tendering and Negotiations: Conduct tenders and price negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best deals.
- Pricing Calculations: Assist in pricing calculations during the bidding phase to ensure accurate quotes.
- Alternative Offers: Prepare alternative offers during the bidding phase to increase our chances of winning contracts.
- Proofs and Analyses: Review and evaluate proofs and analyses to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Public-Law Permits: Prepare public-law permits to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate independent work based on technical and scientific requirements.
- Environmental Experience: Experience in environmental management in a construction company or manufacturing company is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the disposal industry for mineral waste is advantageous.
