Associate Director of Biometrics

Taylor Young is partnering with a leading Global Pharmaceutical company to expand their biometrics team in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned international organization with a strong presence in multiple areas.

This role offers a perfect blend of career growth and work-life balance. As an Associate Director of Biometrics, you will be responsible for leading one or multiple indications of a project in clinical development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor the project team, promoting teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups, contributing to operational process optimization and providing input on statistical standards.
  • Represent statistics in cross-functional working groups, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership.
  • Provide statistical support and scientific leadership for assigned projects, ensuring quality, relevance to external stakeholders, and scientific validity.

Requirements:

  • PhD/MS in statistics or a related discipline with at least 6 years of pharmaceutical experience in clinical development, including late-phase clinical development.

Technical Skills:

  • Broad knowledge and strong understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
  • Proficient in conducting advanced statistical analyses using SAS or R.

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
