  • Conduct market research and gather insights from customers and non-customers through on-site visits.
  • Identify and develop new features and products for the LSMS business, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and present business cases to justify investments in new product development and marketing.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, including profitability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities, including pricing and delivery models.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define go-to-market strategies and support commercial teams in selling products.
Requirements
  • Hold a PhD in Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the industry, with expertise in nano HPLC and LC/MS platforms.
  • Be comfortable working in a dynamic, international team and have a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Have a strong publication record and excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to travel frequently, including internationally.
