Job Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Service-Außendienst team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining complete IT solutions at our customers' locations, including pharmacies, dental and medical practices.
  • With your professional experience, you will serve as a knowledgeable advisor to your customers, providing expert guidance on technical matters and ensuring that systems are installed and functioning optimally, while minimizing stress for the customer.
  • You will also utilize your skills in the support hotline, providing assistance to customers via phone.

Requirements:

  • You have completed a technical education, such as electronics or system technology.
  • You possess initial work experience in the technical field and are familiar with Windows and current hardware.
  • You have a strong affinity for IT and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • You are customer-oriented and have a high level of service quality awareness.
  • You are flexible, motivated, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You have a valid driver's license (class 3/B) and are willing to travel.
