About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Technician (m/w/d) to join our team in Field Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining IT solutions for our clients in the healthcare sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure IT systems for our clients, including Apotheken, Zahnarzt- und Arztpraxen
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our clients, utilizing your expertise to resolve technical issues and improve their IT experience
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and maintenance of our clients' IT systems

About You:

  • You have a technical background, such as an Elektroniker (m/w/d) or Systemtechniker (m/w/d) degree
  • You possess relevant experience in the IT field, with a strong understanding of Windows and current hardware
  • You have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and support
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
