Deine Hauptaufgaben

Als Cybersecurity Operations Specialist (w/m/d) bist du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Security Operations Centers (SOC). Deine Expertise befähigt dich, Sicherheitsbedrohungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und zu neutralisieren, kritische Ressourcen zu schützen und die Integrität unserer Systeme zu gewährleisten.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Cybersecurity-Vorfällen, von der Identifikation bis zur erfolgreichen Lösung.
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen Analysen durch forensische und Malware-Untersuchungen.
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Reaktionsstrategien für Vorfälle, um effektive Reaktionen auf Sicherheitsvorfälle sicherzustellen.
  • Mitwirkung an offensiven Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z. B. Purple Teaming-Übungen), um Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und Sicherheitskontrollen zu evaluieren.
  • Schulung neuer Teammitglieder und Bereitstellung von konsistentem Feedback.
  • Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung innerhalb des SOCs, z.B. durch die Durchführung von Ticketprüfungen.
  • Berichterstattung über den Status von Vorfällen an das Management und relevante Stakeholder.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Abgabe von Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Sicherheitslage.

Dein Profil

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Erkennung und Reaktion auf Cybersecurity-Vorfälle.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, digitale Forensik, Malware-Analyse oder offensive Operationen sind von Vorteil.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse verschiedener Betriebssysteme und Plattformen, sowohl On-Premise als auch in der Cloud.
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure-Diensten.
  • Kenntnisse in KQL, PowerShell, Python oder anderen Programmiersprachen.
  • Vertrautheit mit fortschrittlichen Bedrohungen, Cyber-Kill-Chain-Methoden und Bedrohungsdaten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem 24/7-Betrieb mit Bereitschaftsdiensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen.
