PENSUM Bremen GmbH is a well-established family-run enterprise specializing in the management of existing properties and the development of real estate in the Bremen area. We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Financial Controller | Real Estate Sector (m/f/d).

In the role of Financial Controller | Real Estate Sector (m/f/d), you will oversee the financial management and invoicing processes for multiple entities, including over 50 property management firms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing financial management and invoicing for a diverse range of clients, particularly in the real estate sector
  • Handling accounting tasks including payment processing
  • Generating invoices, managing dunning procedures, and preparing reports for regulatory bodies
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Participating in the enhancement of processes and workflows

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in financial management or tax advisory roles
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Proficient in DATEV and DATEV Unternehmen Online
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
