Technical Monitoring Specialist

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical monitoring of our remote control systems, focusing on energy-saving system adaptations.
- Conduct fault analysis and devise strategies for troubleshooting; implement improvements to minimize future errors.
- Document actions taken within the monitoring system.
- Provide expert support to service and system technicians, as well as our installation partners.
- Assist international TSS coordinators.
- Manage a technical hotline (both national and international) during core working hours.
- Create tickets and repair orders.
- Prepare and conduct technical training sessions and workshops for our systems.
- Perform energy assessments and inventory analyses.
Qualifications:
- Technical education, preferably as a heating engineer or supply technician with electronics knowledge.
- Ability to understand complex system interrelations and think across systems.
- Affinity for IT and technology.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a service-oriented approach.
- Goal-oriented and independent work style, with strong organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Several years of successful professional experience.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and curiosity.
- Proficient in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
