Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Eschborn. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our European headquarters by analyzing and optimizing our inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Analysis: Analyze part masters of new models and handle technical and part master-based issues with stakeholders.
- Initial Stock Preparation: Prepare initial stock with a technical perspective for warehouses across the EU and UK.
- Inventory Order Process Management: Manage, follow up, and optimize inventory order processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for Mobis Parts Europe and other Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) as required.
- Inventory Planning: Support inventory planning team members in the technical field to maintain optimized stock health.
- Data Analysis: Collect and pivot datasets from stakeholders, including sales schedules, sales targets, and part masters.
- Forecasting: Create forecasting logics from scratch and bring new perspectives to the team.
- Inventory KPI Improvement: Take countermeasures to prevent and minimize Backorders (B/O) and improve Inventory KPIs.
- Education: University degree in Automotive Engineering or a similar technical education.
- Experience: At least 4+ years' experience in the Automotive After-Sales (A/S) business and manufacturing or service.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in Automotive After-Sales Parts and Passenger and Commercial Vehicles (Hydrogen, EV Know-How).
- Programming Skills: Good programming skills, including MS Office 365 (Access, SQL, Python, PowerBI).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with stakeholders and the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with other European languages being a plus.
