Position Overview:
As an Artificial Intelligence Developer at MLP Finanzberatung SE, you will play a crucial role in our IT department, focusing on the advancement of AI applications and the deployment of core AI services across our platforms.

Your Responsibilities:
- Development and Support: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Platform Management: Build and manage centralized AI services, ensuring their smooth integration into our existing systems.
- Proof-of-Concept Execution: Evaluate new technologies for their practicality and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the functionality of AI systems, making necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and precision.

Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field with a strong IT emphasis.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud technologies, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Several years of professional experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Google Cloud or Azure for model training and deployment.
- Strong analytical skills and a self-directed, results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in German.
