As a Consultant for Artificial Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in advancing AI capabilities within MLP. Your responsibilities will include identifying and assessing opportunities for AI technology applications, prioritizing areas for implementation, and evaluating potential synergies. You will collaborate with various departments to design strategic solutions and support their execution. Additionally, you will mentor teams and foster the ongoing development of AI competencies across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Advise and assist cross-functional teams in recognizing AI opportunities and exploring synergies.
• Analyze and assess emerging AI technologies and their potential applications.
• Develop strategic AI solutions and oversee their implementation to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to bolster AI skills within the organization.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the AI strategy and facilitate the transition to AI-driven solutions.

**What We Are Looking For:**

• A completed degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in machine learning, neural networks, and other AI technologies.
• Several years of professional experience in designing and supporting AI solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• A genuine enthusiasm for innovative technologies and their applications.
• Proficiency in German.
