Office Management Specialist in Content Creation

Opportunity for an Office Management Specialist in Content Creation at SRH Gesundheitszentren Nordschwarzwald GmbH
SRH Gesundheitszentren Nordschwarzwald GmbH oversees three specialized facilities focused on outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, with expertise in neurology, cardiology, oncology, and orthopedics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve both digital and printed materials (including website, social media, brochures, flyers, and promotional items) ensuring quality in design and content.
- Conduct comprehensive research for market trends and competitive analysis.
- Manage Public Relations and Communication strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and events, both internal and external.
- Improve internal communication and coordinate external marketing activities.
- Engage in the conception, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives across print and digital platforms.
- Completed training as a Marketing Communication Specialist or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for products and branding.
- Proficient in digital media management.
- Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) and Typo3 is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of the German language.
- Creative, structured, and communicative organizational skills combined with a meticulous and reliable work ethic.
