We are looking for a skilled Childcare Specialist to work in our Tagesgruppe, providing high-quality care and support to families with young children.

• Provide individualized care and support to parents and children, developing and implementing personalized care plans.
• Strengthen parents' skills and confidence in caring for their children, promoting a strong parent-child bond.
• Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for children, fostering their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Collaborate with parents to identify and address any challenges or concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations and services, ensuring seamless support for families.

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as early childhood education or social work.
• Proven experience working with young children and their families, preferably in a childcare or social work setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to families, with a focus on promoting child development and well-being.
• A valid driver's license.
