About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Consultant to join our team at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. As a Tech Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client needs and develop tailored IT solutions.
- Design and propose innovative technical solutions that align with client objectives, leveraging our digital platforms and service offerings.
- Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to enhance understanding and adoption of new technologies and systems.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architecture, system designs, and user guides.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a consultant, project manager, or equal role that involves business and technical advice.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate technologies, such as middleware solutions, SAP technologies, or customer care solutions.
- Up-to-date understanding of digital architectures and emerging technologies.
- Experience in agile or waterfall-based delivery models.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset in an international environment.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
