Perfekt, als Agile Development Consultant unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen unterschiedlicher Branchen dabei, die Herausforderungen des agilen Wandels zu meistern, Transformationen zu begleiten und zu ihrem Vorteil zu nutzen. Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Entwicklung von Strategien und Lösungen, indem du wichtige Handlungsfelder identifizierst und passende Lösungskonzepte erstellst.

 Was erwartet dich
  • Als Servant Leader agierst du je nach Bedarf und deiner persönlichen Ausrichtung in abwechselnden Rollen – immer mit dem Fokus auf eine Lösung welche den Kunden in seiner individuellen Ausgangslage weiter bringt.
  • Als Netzwerker:in berätst du Unternehmen und Teams auf unterschiedlichsten Ebenen im Rahmen agiler oder digitaler Transformation und in unterschiedlichen Facetten.
  • Agilität und Methoden sind dir wichtig, Du hast Spaß dabei, neue Themengebiete mit Leidenschaft zu erschließen und innerhalb der Organisation zu skalieren – aber bleibst dabei einer pragmatischen Herangehensweise treu. Denn für dich zählt es lösungsorientiert zu handeln.
  • Tech-Affinität: Das Atlassian- Umfeld ist dir bekannt und du arbeitest dich mit Begeisterung in neue Technologien ein um breit aufgestellt zu und am Puls der Zeit zu sein.
  • Mobilität: Du bringst grundsätzlich eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität für bundesweite Projekteinsätze und Workshops onsite mit.

  • Persönlicher Background: Egal ob abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, -wissenschaften oder ob du nach einer gelungenen Ausbildung über Umwege (zB als Wechsel von der Selbstständigkeit zur Festanstellung) in die Tech-Welt gefunden hast:Für dich persönlich sind Pragmatismus, Netzwerken und beratender Ansatz echte Herzensthemen
  • Tech-Expertise: Du weißt wie die Entwicklung von Software von statten geht, hast optimalerweise Kenntnisse als Software-Developer:In mit zB Python erworben.
  • Taking the Lead: Du verstehst dich als Berater, motivierst gerne andere und hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Teams und der Weitergabe von Wissen. - Gute Kenntnisse im klassischen Projektmanagement und um agile Themen wie Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking oder SAFe runden dein Profil ab.
  • Flexibilität: Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität für bundesweite Projekteinsätze und Workshops onsite.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
