Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and support optimization projects for raw materials and packaging materials with suppliers and the global team.
- Organize and execute supplier audits.
- Collect, evaluate, and trend quality-relevant parameters for other departments.
- Prepare complaints and quality reports in English and German.
- Support out-of-specification (OOS) measures for raw materials and packaging materials, including creating necessary reports and documentation.
- Implement, document, evaluate, and track measures from internal quality audits.
- Create deviations, OOS, and process changes, including evaluating trends and initiating improvement measures for raw materials and packaging materials.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in natural sciences or engineering.
- Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with GMP experience.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and statistical methods, as well as knowledge of SAP.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good assertiveness skills and ability to deal with conflict.
