Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support optimization projects for raw materials and packaging materials, collaborating with suppliers and the global team to drive improvement.
- Organize and execute supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collect, evaluate, and trend quality-relevant data for other departments to inform decision-making.
- Prepare complaints and quality reports in English and German, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support out-of-specification (OOS) measures for raw materials and packaging materials, including the creation of necessary reports and documentation.
- Implement, document, evaluate, and track measures from internal quality audits to drive continuous improvement.
- Create deviations, OOS, and process changes, including evaluation of trends and initiation of improvement measures for raw materials and packaging materials.
Your Profile
- Hold a degree in natural sciences or engineering, with a strong foundation in quality management principles.
- Have professional experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with GMP experience.
- Be proficient in MS Office and statistical methods, with knowledge of SAP a plus.
- Speak and write fluently in German and English, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Exhibit strong assertiveness skills and ability to deal with conflict.
