Job Description

Younivers is seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
