Social Inclusion Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Integration Specialist at ibarus gGmbH. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the long-term, sustainable, and systematic integration of refugees and vulnerable individuals into our society.

• Coordinate and facilitate the integration of our participants into German society, utilizing a holistic approach and serving as a bridge between participants, helpers, employers, and authorities.
• Assess the skills and competencies of our participants and provide guidance to help them quickly enter the labor market.
• Advise and support participants in fulfilling their contractual obligations and provide assistance in resolving conflicts with employers or colleagues.
• Advise employers on how to access state-funded support programs.
• Prepare participants for their professional roles, help them build confidence and self-esteem, and contribute to the stabilization of employment relationships.

• A degree in a social science field or a comparable qualification, such as a certified coaching training.
• Experience in the field of refugee support or counseling is desirable.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and convince others.
• Familiarity with administrative structures and a secure handling of authorities.
