Job Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support our operations. In this position, you will oversee the management of our SAP system, generate purchase orders, foster supplier partnerships, and track inventory levels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the SAP system
  • Input items into the purchasing database (APEX)
  • Disseminate change notifications
  • Maintain and evaluate supplier relationships
  • Process orders, execute purchase transactions, and manage delivery timelines
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adherence to requirements
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in commercial fields (e.g., Industrial Management Assistant)
  • Experience and knowledge in project management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and database systems
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Desirable proficiency in English
