We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team at Manpower Personaldienstleistung GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and building strong relationships with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory movements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure the best value for our company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
- Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (Industriekaufmann (gn) oder ähnlich)
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel,
- Datenbankanwendung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP
- Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Stundenlohn von bis zu 25,00€ brutto
