About the Role

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a highly skilled Digital HR Product Owner to lead the implementation of our Talent Management system. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of this critical system, which will drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the Talent Management system, including vendor selection and project management.
  • Develop and maintain a change and demand management process to optimize and simplify HR processes supported by technology.
  • Ensure the creation, monitoring, and tracking of backlogs of requirements and change requests for modules.
  • Be responsible for all tasks related to governance, quality, and value management for the implemented Talent Management system.
  • Develop and ensure end-user training, enabling employees to effectively use HR systems, in collaboration with the CCT team.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience: Three to five years of experience in a related advisory function in a multinational environment.
  • Expertise: Fundamentally knowledgeable in project and transformation management, product development process, HR expertise at a basic level, experience with Talent Management implementations, and knowledge of end-to-end Talent Management processes.
  • Language skills: Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high IT affinity, and strong communication skills.
