Im Rahmen des weiteren Marktausbaus in Deutschland suchen wir einen engagierten Business Development Manager für Bauausrüstung. Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Festanstellung mit einem attraktiven Gehaltspaket.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Projektvertrieb
- Auswahl und Priorisierung potenzieller Kunden anhand von Leadlisten (warme Kontakte)
- Kundennahe, technisch-beratende Begleitung während des gesamten Projektablaufs + Vertragsverhandlungen
- Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Strategien zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
- Sehr gute Erfahrung im strategischen sowie technischen Vertrieb
- Technisches Verständnis, vorzugsweise in der Automotive-, Logistik- oder energielösungsnahen Branche
- Sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
- Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
