Unser Mandant ist ein internationaler Konzern, der sich auf industrielle Systeme und Produkte in den Bereichen Lithium-Ionen-Batterien und Ladegeräte spezialisiert hat. Mit seiner modernen Batteriefabrik in Schweden, einer der größten Europas, setzt er Maßstäbe in der Branche. Im Rahmen des weiteren Marktausbaus in Deutschland suchen wir einen engagierten Business Development Manager für Bauausrüstung. Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Festanstellung mit einem attraktiven Gehaltspaket.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Projektvertrieb
  • Auswahl und Priorisierung potenzieller Kunden anhand von Leadlisten (warme Kontakte)
  • Kundennahe, technisch-beratende Begleitung während des gesamten Projektablaufs + Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Strategien zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
Ihr Profil:
  • Sehr gute Erfahrung im strategischen sowie technischen Vertrieb
  • Technisches Verständnis, vorzugsweise in der Automotive-, Logistik- oder energielösungsnahen Branche
  • Sicheres und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
