Marketing Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Portfolio Manager at Freudenberg, you will be responsible for managing the respective product portfolio, including commercialization, market growth, and profitability tracking. You will develop go-to-market plans and provide constant feedback to Regional and Global Teams.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of job experience as a Marketing generalist – Consumer Packaged Goods preferred. You will also need experience and a proven record in digital marketing, media management & SEO, as well as deep understanding of KPIs and P&L, and good skills in Microsoft Office suite.

Requirements:

  • Manage the respective product portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plans
  • Based on data analytics, understand consumer/shopper insights competitive trends and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products to serve consumers. Provide constant feed back to Regional and Global Teams
  • Recommend go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both, in-store and online)
  • Support the local Head of Marketing in developing and implementing Media (PAID Digital and non digital campaigns ), following the communication strategy based on brand objectives
  • Deep understanding of KPIs and P&L, and good skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management
  • Strong business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills, Fluent German and English Skills
  • Strong in interpersonal relationship management, working in cross-functional teams and matrix environments, team player, able to work in mixed teams across different functions
