Store Operations Coordinator

As a key member of the Burberry team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store's back of house functions. Your passion for the brand and commitment to excellence will be essential in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving and processing stock orders from our hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback, to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a tidy and organized back of house area, adhering to Retail Operations and Standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
- Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is functioning properly and report any concerns through our internal systems.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and managing stationery and supermarket orders.
- Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required by store management.
We are seeking an individual with:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
- Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
