Your key responsibilities:

  • Administering monthly payroll for a specific group of employees
  • Keeping and organizing employee records
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation of certificates and employment agreements
  • Acting as a liaison for employees and management regarding payroll and timekeeping inquiries
  • Collaborating with external organizations such as social security agencies and tax authorities
  • Supporting year-end processes and generating statistics and reports

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, preferably with further education in payroll or human resources management
  • Extensive experience in payroll administration
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and social insurance laws
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Essential: Advanced SAP-HR expertise
  • High degree of reliability, precision, and confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities
