Your key responsibilities:
- Administering monthly payroll for a specific group of employees
- Keeping and organizing employee records
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation of certificates and employment agreements
- Acting as a liaison for employees and management regarding payroll and timekeeping inquiries
- Collaborating with external organizations such as social security agencies and tax authorities
- Supporting year-end processes and generating statistics and reports
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training, preferably with further education in payroll or human resources management
- Extensive experience in payroll administration
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and social insurance laws
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Essential: Advanced SAP-HR expertise
- High degree of reliability, precision, and confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities
