Quality Project Management Internship

Position Overview:
As a working student in the field of Quality Project Management, you will be an integral part of our Quality Management team, focusing on the development of our electric VAN series. Your contributions will help ensure that we meet the high standards expected by our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in the preparation of executive-level documents.
  • Facilitate and document executive meetings, including committee management.
  • Coordinate topics across various departments.
  • Report on key performance indicators related to quality and significant issues.
  • Organize and support management workshops and events.

Learning Opportunities:
You will gain valuable insights into how different areas of vehicle quality interconnect and collaborate with product management, procurement, production, development, and logistics within agile project teams. You will also:

  • Learn to utilize various tools for managing vehicle projects related to quality.
  • Support the creation of presentations and process diagrams, ensuring adherence to reporting standards.
  • Enhance reporting efficiency through the use of internal digital tools.
  • Participate in workshops addressing quality challenges in a global context.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving within projects.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A background in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • An interest in project management within an international setting.
  • A quick understanding of technical and business concepts, along with a structured and independent work style.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a knack for building new relationships.
