Sales Manager Europe Enterprise Software Solution B2B

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at eschbach GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying key customers in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and generating their interest in our software solution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy for the European market
- Actively manage your own sales funnel to close deals and acquire new customers in the European region
- Receive support for cold calling from our team
- Initiate campaigns to be implemented by the marketing team using our automation tool
- Independently conduct negotiations and prepare contracts with the help of our sales assistants
Your Profile:
- At least 4 years of experience selling complex SaaS/IT solutions to B2B clients and/or 4 years of sales experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry
- A passion for acquiring new customers and closing deals
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English
